In the heart of a 15km beach in Caparica, next to a historic fishing village, a brand new renovated apartment with all room windows facing out to the sunset and sea from the top floor. With high end designer decor throughout, this home offers fully equipped kitchen, open plan living space, two large light-filled double bedrooms with balconies, and two bathrooms. Next to a large green park, with the beach and ocean next to the park. Equipped for children (from babies to teenagers), the apartment is a pet-free and smoke-free zone. Full AC and climate control throughout with blackout curtains for a peaceful sleep.
The park next to the apartment has an enormous green area, with shaded paths for running or walking. There is a large children's playground with multiple structures for playing and climbing. The nearest surf school is just across the park, a few minutes walk to the beach. Inside the block, there is a full pharmacy, a small corner shop, and a local fresh fruit and veg cornershop. An ATM and sushi place are across the road, and a large supermarket just 2 roads away. There are electric scooters nearby to get around. On the beach, you will find body boards, surf boards, and wetsuits to rent. Private surf lessons also on offer if you'd like us to help arrange them. You can watch the sunset on the beach, or on your own terrace with dining table and chairs for entertaining.
